Since the launch of the Rockridge Private Debt and Real Estate Pool on Feb 1, 2018, under Travis’s administration it’s quickly grown to over $600 million. With Travis as PM since Sept 30, 2019, Forsyth Private Real Estate Portfolios has grown to over $500 million with positive quarterly performance. As PM on Laurier Private Real Estate Portfolios, launched Jan 2021 with an impressive $40 million in deposit at inception and grown to over $130 million.
