Branden Yu holds a Chartered Investment Manager designation and specializes in designing strategic investment portfolios and wealth management plans for incorporated business owners, retirees, families, and individuals.

Prior to joining Harbourfront, he spent 10 years at one of Canada’s top financial firms running a successful practice as a Senior Consultant and Division Director. As a top performer, Yu’s significant professional achievements have resulted in numerous accolades as a national top advisor, a regional award-winner, as well as early in his career as a national top rookie advisor four years in a row, awarded to those within their first four years in the role.

As an active member of Vancouver Korean community, Yu served as president for Rotary Club of Vancouver Cambie from 2016–18 and has been a major donor to the Vancouver Korean-Canadian Scholarship Foundation since 2016. Since 2017, he’s served as a council member of the Peaceful Unification Advisory Council of the South Korea Central Government and currently serves as Vice-Chair of the Vancouver Chapter. 

During his downtime, you can find him teeing off on the golf course, snowboarding the local mountains, or planning his next adventure travelling around the world.
