You will:
- Collaborate closely with key principals of the practice to support and strengthen client relationships by liaising with clients, responding to inquiries, and proactively solving problems.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports, draft client correspondence, and take ownership of assigned projects.
- Process and follow up on security transactions, transfers, and related documentation.
- Manage incoming and outgoing client calls, ensuring timely and accurate responses to information requests.
- Contribute to the creation of holistic wealth management plans in partnership with the advisory team.
- Perform additional duties and support tasks as assigned.
The ideal candidate for this position has:
- Minimum of 3-years investment industry experience.
- Desire to work in a team environment and demonstrate a professional and friendly manner.
- Must have above average skills on NaviPlan or other financial planning software.
- IR/RR Licensed or successful completion of the Canadian Securities Course and the Conduct and Practices Handbook is an asset.
- Excellent proficiency with Microsoft Office particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to learn quickly and identify opportunities to add value.
- Motivation for growth on the team.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize, multitask, work within time constraints and follow-up.
Salary Range:
$60,000- $80,000 per annum (actual salary offered will be commensurate with education, experience, and internal parity).
Actual title offered will be commensurate with experience, licensing and registration categories.
