Norm joined Mercator Financial in 2005, after becoming a financial advisor in 1996. He is most passionate about helping families achieve and surpass their goals.

Norm resides in Swift Current with his wife Jody and his three children, Ethan, Jackson and Avery. They enjoy their summers camping at Lake Diefenbaker and spend the better part of the winter watching hockey and volleyball. Norm and his family love to travel.
