Nolan MacMillan


Nolan MacMillan is passionate about helping high achievers reach their financial goals. Nolan has joined the investment industry after a successful career in professional football. His time in professional sports has sparked a passion for peak performance. Nolan is a service-first oriented advisor who enjoys his work and his clients. Nolan has long been fascinated by the capital markets, as evidenced in Iowa as a member of the HawkTrade Student investment club. Nolan looks to understand his clients in a way that allows him to be there for them throughout the investment process and beyond.

Since 2014, Nolan has been a Telus Goal Setting Presenter to school aged children delivering the message of the importance of goal setting, the concept of self-worth and resiliency. He is also involved in expanding awareness of the efforts, outreach and contributions made by the staff and volunteers for Shepherds of Good Hope for homelessness and meal delivery.

Surrounded by family and a wonderful network of friends, Nolan’s prize is being a father of Camilla who is making her own tracks as a toddler.

Nolan received a B.A. in Philosophy from The University of Iowa where he studied on a full athletic scholarship. He was awarded his Investment Advisor license in 2018 by the Canadian Securities Institute and his professional studies are ongoing.
