In January 2020, Jay joined the Strategic Private Wealth Counsel team at Harbourfront Wealth Management bringing with him 16 years of prior Wealth Management experience.

Prior to joining Harbourfront to expand on the product and service offerings available to his clients, Jay worked at another independent Canadian investment dealer; Aligned Capital Partners after moving over from National Bank Financial who acquired the business of HSBC Securities in 2011.

Jay’s inspiration for becoming a Financial Advisor comes from his interest in deeply getting to know people and to positively impact their lives. He enjoys building collaborative relationships with clients, many of which span decades and generations. Specializing in serving pre retirees; including working professionals, business owners and farm families Jay helps clients make more confident financial decisions; allowing them more time to spend enjoying what they value most in life.

A big believer in lifelong learning and industry education Jay is a graduate of the Business Admin program at Okanagan College. He also maintains the Chartered Investment Manager (CIM) designation.

In his free time you can often find him on the golf course or just enjoying the Okanagan lifestyle with friends, family and daughter Brinley.
