Position Overview:

As an Investment Advisor Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in our team’s success by providing exceptional support to our financial planning, tax, and investment divisions. This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate with excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and outstanding follow-up abilities.

While we value candidates from Saskatoon who can be present in the office 2 – 3 days per week, we also welcome candidates from other locations who can meet the demands of our dynamic and client-focused environment.

Ideal Qualifications:

  • Professional communication skills
  • Proficiency in various technology and software solutions
  • Strong organization and time management abilities
  • Experience in financial planning, tax, insurance, or investments
  • Licensed and registered with the Canadian Securities Institute (CSI)
  • Dedication to client service excellence
  • Ability to work effectively within a fast-paced environment

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with client service needs and inquiries
  • Support financial planning, tax, and investment initiatives
  • Prepare documentation for new investment accounts
  • Provide guidance on savings, tax, insurance, and debt to clients
  • Review and communicate financial plans and strategies to clients
  • No sales responsibilities, purely administrative and client-focused support

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Competitive annual salary ranging from $72,000 to $96,000 based on experience and skillset

  • Monday to Friday schedule
